The ILT2445-ASIGA light measurement system allows customers to monitor both UV intensity and exposure, allowing instantaneous irradiance (W/cm2) as well as integrated dosage (J/cm2) measurements with the touch of a button. Baseline and current readings can be stored and reviewed on the full-color display for instant system verification. ILT's Datalight III Light Measurement Software is available at no extra cost.
The broad response of the XSD005UVF7 detector captures the full light spectrum of 275 - 450 nm, with a near flat response over 350 - 410 nm range. The sensor includes a custom 7mm aperture as defined by the engineers at Asiga, and an ISO17025 accredited calibration for direct readout in W/cm.
Three calibrations are pre-programmed for each of the LED ranges:
- Channel 1 - 385 nm
- Channel 2 - 405 nm
- Channel 3 - 365 nm
Measurement Range: 5e-8 to 8e-1 W/cm2
Spectral Range: 275 - 450 nm (365-405 nm flat response)
